This year, the largest and world's most famous confectionary fair (ISM – International Sweets and Biscuits Fair) was held in Cologne, Germany in the period from 02.02. – 05.02.2025.
ISM is the largest international platform dedicated to suppliers and buyers of the confectionery industry and as such is an excellent opportunity for the most famous companies in the sector from a number of countries, starting from Germany and its neighboring countries, to Ghana and Indonesia, via Australia and Costa Rica, to present their best-selling products and to share their experiences about customer requirements, which are always in focus during the development of innovative new products.
More than 1,500 exhibitors from 70 countries presented the latest trends and innovative products, and around 32,000 visitors from 135 countries used the fair to discover new business opportunities and try the latest trends in production.
AD Europe has been participating in this fair for 30 years, at which this year we also presented ourselves with a promotional stand where visitors had the opportunity to get to know part of our wide range of products. Advertising material was distributed for the products that were in focus for us this year, and our best sellers Cream Banana, Waffles and Candy canes caused the most attention.
The team representing the company held a number of business meetings with potential buyers and established new contacts with companies from America, England, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Israel, Kuwait, Palestine, Libya, Canada, Costa Rica and Mexico.
ISM 2025 was inspiring, dynamic and focused on innovation and application of new technologies. The program for next year is already being prepared, which will surely be even more inspiring and comprehensive, because ISM offers a new and unforgettable experience every year.
