1882“Evropa” began as a trade workshop, for the production of candies, lokum (also known as Turkish delight) and similar sugary products, founded by Тeohar Ikonomov. At that time the equipment in the workshop was very simple – a few copper cauldrons for production of the candy mixture and boiling of lokum, with a capacity of 250 kg and only five employees on a work surface of 150 m².
